Unhappy Birthday! I ordered a basket for a friend birthday and the basket contained wine. After waiting for 2 weeks they delivered the wine before the basket and did not include the birthday card with the gift..... What!? How is the person supposed to know who it is from?  I will not be ordering from these people again. I have tried a couple times ordering form them and have been disappointed,,,this is the last time.

I usually don't write reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I have had.  The order went through easily.  However the flowers were not delivered on day requested.  No Call or anything.  I called and talked to someone for 30 minutes and she promised to give her a chance to see if they could deliver it that day.  She never called back. I called again two later and the new person didn't have any idea what I was talking about.  She looked it up and told me that it has not yet been delivered but she will refund me my shipping costs.  I told her to cancel the order and she said that since it's been delivered she can't.  i told her few minutes ago she had told me that it had not been delivered (which is the case).  Finally after another 30 minutes, she agreed to refund my money and cancel the order.  I am still waiting for confirmation.  NEVER ORDER from this site.

Flowers for a funeral. To be deliver at 2 places at a certain time and they did that great. The arrangements were beautiful.

Wow. They were great. I ordered a 26 roses bouquet for my girlfriend's birthday. They created a wonderful thing. She was really happy.

For once I was early, ordering flowers for Mother's Day 2 weeks early & asking for delivery on Friday before Mother's Day. Received order confirmation on 4/22 & Fed Ex confirmation on Friday that order had been picked up. Friday — no flowers delivered. Saturday — still no flowers. Mother's Day — 1-800- Flowers says they're late because they're busy. Really? Busy on Mother's Day? What a surprise! "If it absolutely, positively has to be there on time," don't bother to call 1-800-Flowers unless you want dead flowers delivered late. Did they offer a refund? No. They offered to call my wife & apologize. Just what she wanted. A lame apology from a call center in India. Next time I'll call a local florist.
