Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had a very good experience at #1 Nail Spa. The staff was very friendly. My pedicure was average. My wait time, even though I had an appointment was a little longer than I would have liked, but overall my experience was a good one. The place could use a little updating. I did not smell the chemical smell other reviewers posted about and it was not loud or hot.

Been going there for years because of the proximity to my house, but finally fed up with their disorganization.  They need more technicians who are better qualified in mani-pedi's; as of now all I see is two.  They are all very nice gals, however, no issue there.  The last time I went, I was the only customer there so I thought, good, I can get in and out fast.  Lo and behold, I wound up waiting for well over half an hour for my regular girl because she took someone ahead of me.  I am an excellent tipper, and I lately am feeling like she doesn't want to do my nails at all. I did let her know how I felt.  Even if I call for an appointment, it doesn't really make any difference, I still have to wait longer than I should.  Bottom line is they need more employees, more talented, good ones.  You pay money for a no-chip manicure, or a nice pedicure, you expect a good job.

They only had one good nail tech in there and now she's just as bad as the rest. I suggest take your time and money else where

Very bad attitudes and poor nail job. Had to settle because I had a wedding to go to. Will not go here again nor will I recommend. Had no chip manicure, it's chipping and on top of that they are turning yellow!! 

Stay away!!! They will also try to sell a pedicure for more money to you. They kept asking a person that was there and she caved in and got it. Can't do simple designs either.

Unprofessional and loud. Its too hot and it smells really bad. Worst service ever. I do not recommend this place
