I needed to get about 10 shirts done fairly quickly and brought them to One Price Dry Cleaners.  Mark was super helpful and really took care of my items.  When I mentioned I had an extenuating circumstance and needed them a little sooner, he was able to fully accommodate my "rush" order!  The shirts came back perfect and the customer service was amazing.  

To be clear, I have two other dry cleaning options that are within 4 miles from my home, BUT..I have opted to give my business to One Price, which is an additional 6 miles away from where I live, for their impeccable quality and terrific customer service!  They are truly the best in the area!

An important note is that if you have a certain minimum amount of dry cleaning/pressing needed, they can incorporate a pick up & delivery service for you as well! Check with the store for details on that offer.

Worst experience ever! I brought my comforter into this dry cleaner twice and the third time it came back awful! The inside was hard as cardboard and felt very stiff. I was not happy with it and had it sent back to get cleaned again. When I came back it felt the same way! Before coming to pick it up I got a phone call from the owner informing me "it was a cheap comforter and normal wear and tear" (I have had this comforter for only 6 months). She told me she wouldn't refund my money and would not do anything to replace it. When I came in to pick it up I was told it was at the other location (which I did not know). Again I was not happy and the man that worked there began to curse at me and told me I need to "go to the f****ing other store and figure it out". I picked up the comforter and it still felt the exact same way I had been dissatisfied with. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and nasty service. I will never return and I don't recommend anyone going to them.
