I went here a few nights ago with a group of close friends. The facility was clean and nice looking in the front and the back has a very nice, chill environment. The man working was incredible! He was so over the top with nice gestures and made us feel very welcomed. He suggested flavors, went above and beyond with making sure our coals were always hot and fresh and would always make sure it was not too harsh or rough.  He let us choose the music we listened to, and also stayed open 15 minutes later than closing time for us. By far the best experience I have ever had at a Hookah Lounge. I will definitely be coming back!

Amazing hookah bar, theres only a few in Connecticut and this place is the nicest. Way better than fusion. Pretty decor, light up hookahs, great staff and music!!

STAY AWAY! I Cant stress any more as to how filthy this place was!! The Owner/Manager named George was a scum bag. Asked us to pay upfront for the whole thing and then made us wait for 40 mins and then when asked said "Dont Teach me when to bring- I know when to bring"!! Like are you kidding me!! Lots of Weed was being smoked inside which was another big issue. Hope officials do the needed and keep a check on the regulations..Stay Away once again!

Worst ever customer service. Have never ever felt this bad. The owner, who call himself George is a nutt head, rude and disgusting person. Walked in and smelled like weed. The owner says we have to follow his rules as we walked into his place. Would never go back and not recommend to anyone.STAY AWAY.
