The staff here are helpful. I always find I can get a machine, although sometimes I can't get a chair.  The washing machines and dryers are always clean and in good working order.  I really like that they take credit card. There are slightly cheaper laundromats in the area but they only take cash.

Pitiful experience:

Called yesterday on the phone to ask how long drop off / pick up would take for x LBS of laundry. The person on the other end could only speak broken English, expect for "never disrespect me unless you want to die", when I simply asked for him to speak clearer into the phone.

Needless to say, I'm avoiding stepping foot in this place.

I go here often and am pleased with the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff if there's a problem.

Cleanest and largest laundromat in the area. Great for self service. It's cash only for the wash and fold though.
