While parked at a Metro Parking lot I was issued a violation; not violation notice was left on my car, no violation notice was sent to me until almost 2 months later when you sent a letter advising they were sending me to collections for a violation notice I received which I told was not issued by the representative of their company!!!

They are clearly dishonest and if you receive a violation they may not notify you until it has impacted your credit score.
