Their parking fee is outrageous. $60.00 and we were there less than an hour. And it's not as if the parking lot is full and their customers can't find any open spaces. Our truck doesn't fit well in the Overlake garage. We have parked in this lot previously with no fee.

I park at their lot under One Bellevue Center and it's atrocious how much these guys charge. It's $175 a month and you get nothing in return. They don't provide any form of security (I've had my car broken into a number of times), cram you in like sardines, and what's worse is they try to slap you with a $60 fine for parking over the line.

This lot has ungodly fee's. The parking spaces are undersized and when you park over the line a few inches they attempt to extort $60.00 from you.I wonder how the lot gestopo would feel if I were to try to extort $60.00 from them. Ampco parking systems is the lowest form of scum. Do not pay them under any circumstances.
