Do not go here. I brought my clothing to the wash and fold before I take my trip out of town. The lady behind the counter told me that I would be able to pick it up after 2pm. I came back to the store at 7pm and asked for my clothing. The lady behind the counter told me that they were extremely busy and that they need a couple of days to get my clothing back. I immediately asked for my clothing back so I can get it washed somewhere else. The lady immediately walked to the other lady working and started whispering. She then told me that they are extremely busy and they need a couple of days. I once again asked for my clothing and they again started whispering. They told me that they could give it to me tomorrow. I told them I would need it tomorrow morning before my trip. I came home not happy about the situation, but perfectly fine with getting it early so I can pack and leave. I got a call 30 minutes later and the same lady that LIED to me about being "extremely busy" told me that they gave my clothing to someone else and they hope that the person would be honest and give my clothing back. When I pointed out that she lied she gave me a story that she didn't know it was my clothing that was given away. This is another lie, because why would they be telling me two days for my clothing and that they were so backed up which is the same time frame I should wait that they would want me to wait to see if they give me back my clothing. To add insult to injury they would only give me 30 dollars to replace my clothing. I usually pay 25 dollars to wash my clothing with them. One of the clothing items that they gave away probably cost more than the measly 30 dollars they are planning to give me.

This place is dishonest and they will lie and tell you anything once they mess up. They will also not even try to replace the items that they lost. DO NOT GO HERE

Good dry cleaning and minor alteration. No experience with laundromat.

I have been going here for years. The facility is a dump but the staff has always been polite. Until tonight. Apparently they have changed their hours and now strictly enforce their 8 pm last wash. I walked in at 8:08 and was told I couldn't use the laundry. Fair enough. The message was conveyed with a mixture of attitude and hostility that I found breathtaking. I respect your right to conduct your business in the manner you choose. I cannot, however, abide rudeness. I guininely hope that the girl running the desk this evening, is fired for her incredibly unprofessional conduct. In any case, you've lost a customer for good.
