My husband and I go to the 12 Tribes Resort Casino and it's fabulous every time. We enjoy the beautiful hotel rooms and the casino is clean, vibrant and has excellent service. The room service in the morning is outstanding, even the lady who takes our order is always so kind and helpful. Their food in the restaurants are out of this world, so professional and talented. So we just wanted to express how awesome you guys are and we appreciate all your hard work and making our days off so relaxing and fun. Five Star for sure!

Pretty cool little casino! Stylish, modern comfortable rooms with an amazing shower! The bed was very comfortable with excellent quality pillows and comforter.   The food was pretty good, but nothing extra ordinary.  No smoke smells in room, but may be because it's so new.

For my own personal experience at this establishment, the customer service is very poor. Some, but not all of the employees seem to be rude to the casino patrons. The Resteraunt and Hotel within are good though.  The spa and sweet shop are very cool too.  But if you are gambling there, good luck, because the machines are very tight for the most part.

Hotel itself is a 3.5/4 star as very good entertainment offered on Fridays and Saturdays and rooms are clean and spacious BUT the other week was quite awful as no reply back on the room I booked and they showed zero care my way.  I so very dislike giving bad reviews but this is a must as snubbing is NOT tolerated in my world.  I did not get the room I booked way in advance and asked clearly for top floor and it was so darn loud that night that I barely slept.  No response back to me and after two follow ups too means ZERO care and ZERO concern!

Each and every single details is excellent,  never expected I will find this quality hotel here, excellent service, they offered me city view room and that was perfect. Restaurant closes too early but I believe that's normal for weekdays and while it's not that busy but bar is open till midnight. Hot tub and swimming pool is 24hrs that's plus. Casino it's great all new machines. Loved it I am definitely coming back. Rocking. At last don't want to forget to thank for the Microwave in room when I needed. Loved the excellent service.
