Terrific experience. Had my first eye exam since pre-pandemic and was greeted with friendly service and patient workers. The doctor I saw was super nice, explained everything, answered all questions I had, and was one of the best doctors of any type of medicine I have ever seen. Then I found out she was a fill-in! I wonder how the regulars are? Anyway, five stars from me!
Came into Warby Parker with the intention of getting new frames. Very friendly staff member walked me through each bay, looking at frames that interested me. Very knowledgeable and welcoming staff. Was able to schedule a same-day eye exam in which the process was very smooth.
Great selection, convenient location, and Danny helped me pick pairs that complimented my face and he was very patient while I tried on no less than 1 million pairs. Gave me honest, critical feedback and I'm so happy with the pairs I purchased. Will definitely be back.
I had a really pleasant experience. Luis helped me order 2 pairs of prescription eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses. There’s so many glasses to choose from! The store was open and bright and organized. The only reason I took off a star was because one of the associates told me they didn’t accept my insurance, but when I checked the website after I left and called the customer service, they did in fact take my insurance. The customer service rep got everything situated. To be fair the customer service rep said that it could’ve been a miscommunication because I when I initially asked if they took my insurance I only said blue cross blue shield and I didn’t specify federal employee blue cross blue shield.
I walked into the store shopping for a new pair of glasses. One of the sales associates Danny came up to us and offered his help within minutes. He provided us with three or four different types of eyeglasses, fitting the description of what I was looking for and I found the perfect pair. The associates at the store are very attentive, and I’ll be coming back again.
Great service, clear explanation from eye exam doctors. Very patient, people seem nice! I love the whole experience and good store design too.
3.6.18 - This is the first location I went to after they shut down their showroom in the Puck Building. The staff here, like all WP showrooms, are helpful and engaging. In the very back is where you'll find the technicians who are always patient and methodical. Although I appreciate the idea of WP, I find that their lens tend to scratch too easily even if you pay for the extra coating. After a year I usually need to update the lens even if my prescription doesn't require updating.
My partner came in here to get his glasses adjusted and I asked if they could adjust my glasses from somewhere else and they said yes at my own risk. Perfect job! Additionally, Shamika was spectacular in assisting us. She helped my daughter with a few suggestions that she loved. She has an eye to be able to help you figure out the right glasses and the right size. If Shamika is in the best thing you can do is work with her! Thank you so much for being kind and for sharing your expertise.
Great shopping experience. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. they answered questions about styles, lenses, insurance and even about picking up my glasses at a closer location.
Mixture of brilliant and useless staff. But on the day of my glasses and prescription order I got the useless. Struggled to get anything from them delivered to me since they entered my incorrect email details and more. And kept on using the wrong one even in support phone calls. Just beyond useless.
