Needed 3 10x20s right away. Just downsized. The owner Mike was very helpful and drove me around to see all the options. Clean and well run place with good security. Definitely recommend! Loved the free Dove chocolates.

We had two units in the year plus we were with 126.  The place is exceptionally well operated and the staff are always professional and helpful.

I have rented open storage and enclosed storage at 126 for several years. I have changed storage sizes up and down and even made special requests for short term vehicle storage. 126 is probably the best storage landlord and facility I have ever experienced. #1 pricing is stable, unlike the other REIT business models out there that get you in with a teaser rate, then bump it every few months until you leave. 
#2 the facility is extremely well maintained. They even installed an elaborate solar power system on the roof of all the buildings! This is a company owned by a person that cares about his businesses, customers, and the environment.
#3 you can engage the owner directly. He is a local businessman who lives in the area and likes to make things easy for his tenants. If he can help you, he will.
