Fantastic company with great people. The support staff and technicians/experts are friendly, helpful, and very talented. Nick and Eric helped us with some complicated electrical work in our older home. The job easily could have spiraled into a large mess, but they handled with care and precision resulting in minimal impact. Dan is an excellent plumbing and heating expert and has helped us tackle smaller projects (clearing clogs and changing disposal units) and larger issues (broken water main in basement). Everyone I've worked with has been professional, patient, and most importantly: kind. While we would prefer to not encounter problems in our older home, I will say that we've enjoyed having Eric and Dan stop by as often as they have. I would recommend 128 to anyone.

First time using 128 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Now I understand why I had to book an appointment two weeks in advance: because they are good at what they do and are in high demand. Excellent customer service experience. Norm, the service technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He didn't take my "explanation" of why the heating system was malfunctioning and proceeded with a detailed troubleshooting plan. Then he fixed the underlying issue, tested the system, and made sure that I completely understood the cause and the fix. He was also very personable and pleasure to talk to. I would highly recommend Norm and 128 Plumbing to everyone in the area.

Amazing service!  Heat wasn't working correctly this morning.  Called 128 Plumbing, they arrived on time and worked quiclky to fix problem.  The service technician, Frank was very polite and efficient!  Made sure everything was working correctly before he left, again amazing service I highly recommend calling 128 if you need any help with heating, or plumbing this winter.  Or if you need help in summer with central air.  Wouldn't call anyone else!

We hired 128 in June to upgrade our heating system to gas and install central air. Mark was assigned as the lead for our job and from day one the job was flawless. They even finished the job earlier than estimated which is unheard of. The entire team is a pleasure to work with and are extremely responsive when questions or issues arise. Mark took the time to make sure we understood how the system worked, what filters we should use and have already followed up to make sure things are working properly post-install. We have since used 128 for 2 other jobs and will continue to do so in the future.

Great service from the 128 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling company.  Extremely polite and professional team, from the lady who called to let me know the men were on their way, to Frank, who did an excellent job letting me know what the issue was (heat wasn't working in one of the rooms), fixed it pronto, and vacuumed the mess! He also let me use a coupon too! I would definitely recommend Frank and this company.  Great find! Thank you so much!
