It's okay. Food good, service nice but logistically a mess. The food is very nice and they offer a classy menu. There is often a live musician doing covers. The cocktail list is pretty decent, offering a wide range of flavors despite not being very long. Nice looking place in an classic gentleman's club kind of way. The service needs more from the managers and owner. It is regularly understaffed during their predictable busy days, and the staff is not well trained in efficiency or regular monitoring of the tables. They are, however, friendly and engaged. It's the logistics that need help.

Live music most weekdays, cozy atmosphere and classic decor, fun cooks on the line (bar seating). Bar waiters and waitresses seem to be much better than the regular restaurant area unsure why. Front desk staff are fantastic. Easy to get reservations. Great place to relax while waiting for traffic or a flight.

The food was great. The retro look of the place was great. It's everything going on in this place that ruined the experience. It took forever to get our order placed. While we were eating one of the employees thought it was a perfect time to use a mini cordless vacuum and start to clean the place up. It was shrill and loud like a dentists drill. The entire time we were there the chef or someone in the kitchen thought it was his duty to try and over talk everyone in the restaurant. I felt that I had to yell to make myself heard. The waitress finally came back and I wanted more coffee. She did not return for almost 30 minutes and we had well finished our meal and it was not with coffee. She remembered that half a heart beat after coming back. Being that this place for over an hour and only getting 2 cups of coffee and the LOUD atmosphere I will not be returning. With prices comparable to eating at the top of the Space Needle or Black Angus I get get a much more refined dining experience. For what I experienced at 13 Coins... I could have eaten at Denny's or Shari's.

I really wanted to love this place having eaten here a few years ago. Since that time, the city of SeaTac increased minimum wage to $15/hr. That is fine and am grateful the workers getting some what of a living wage. I feel though that with that guarantee of a living wage that exceptional service no longer exists and food is no better than a fast casual chain down the road. I would have thought that for $65 per person including entree and desert, I would have been wowed. Not even close. My steak was fatty and chewy. The ordered appetizer was forgotten all together and she tried to bring it while eating the main course. Told her to take it back, her response was that she needed to check with management to see IF they would take off bill. I almost lost it. Will rethink a return

Pretty inside but I didn't think the food was amazing. The wait was long so we sat at the bar area. There was a live performance on Friday night in the seating area. That was cool but we couldn't see it from the bar area. The onion soup was great but all the other food we tried wasn't amazing. The fries were cooked again but still tasted uncooked. Maybe it was the style but the food wasn't what I was hoping for. The environment was great. Pretty and classy.
