I have a great relation with everyone at 1st bank with the exception of one teller at the Wal-Mart branch.  The first time that I went to her I needed to get a direct deposit form for work and she was acting like I didn't know what I was talking about when I told her exactly what I needed, needless to say what she gave me got rejected by my work.  The second time I went to deposit my check and when I had asked her if I had filled it out right she snatched it out of my hand looked at it quickly and said what did you do...I guess I didn't fill it out right.  She then proceeded to talk to me like a child and very rudely explained where I need to put the numbers on the form.  When I confronted her about being rude she told me that I was rude and turned to a customer that couldn't hear or see everything and ask the customer if she was being rude, of course the customer said no, and I was greatly embarrassed.  All I have to say is that if you want good service from this bank don't go to the lady with short blonde hair and glasses at the wal-mart branch.
