I took five watches to get batteries replace toward the end I realize I forgot to bring my wallet with me. I told him to keep the watches until I get back with the money. He told me not to worry I can come back latter to pay him. I ask him, You trust me? He said what's not to trust. Now that is something I did not expect. What a great customer service that is. I came back later that day with the money and paid for the service. Every time I need something done to my watches, I know where to go. Thank you for trusting in me!

I think all these positive reviews on here are fabricated or friends of his. I went off by reviews and my experience was terrible. I took in my watch to have the battery replaced, and he charged me $15 and on top of that he installed the battery cover plate upside down..found out when I got home...didn't wanna drive all the way back. Also he was not very friendly at all. The local swap meet said they would have done the job for $5 i made a big mistake coming here :(

When do you ever see five stars with 290 reviews on Yelp.... I've never seen that! Well after doing business with them I know why. I took 3 watches to him. In just a little over 10 minutes he had replaced the batterys in all three of them. But he took the little extra steps like cleaning the inside of the glass before he put it back together. Didn't realize it but my watches look sharper, after having the glass cleaned. I also found out he uses Swiss batteries. $15 for Batteries is a reasonable price anywhere you go. But it's cool that he uses the best batteries available. And he does the little extra things like cleaning, without charging more. Now if we can just get this level of customer service at car washes locally here in town...
