This company is by far the best shuttle service I have ever dealt with. The companies' greatness begins with the phone representative or reservation assistant, Samantha. This woman went above and beyond making a reservation for me - she called and told me when my aging mother (82 & wheel chair bound) boarded the shuttle in Phoenix so that I wouldn't stress out about her safety. She was so kind and understanding and is a great asset to this company. Next, I must heap high praise on the Shuttle driver, Bob - he was wonderful as well - made my mother feel safe along the long ride to Yuma. Finally, the prices are beyond affordable and that is just a plus because I would use this company just for well being that they provide their customers.

Bob Larsen is an excellent driver and a very detailed individual. He is an asset to whoever is lucky enough to have him as an employee.
   When i visit yuma next i will make sure that Bob drives or I'll rent a car. Bob is the "first class" in your company.

Best Shuttle I have ever used!  

Courteous, prompt, always ready to accommodate and inexpensive as well!

Their Drivers are courteous, helpful and ready to please.

Service with a smile from beginning to end!  Thank you 1st Class Shuttle for making my trips pleasant!

I have never had a bad experience with First Class Shuttle.   All the staff is very professional  and the customer is there number one priority.
