Sends unsolicited junk mail.  Will never bank with them.

They have a nasty attitude when you call and ask questions about a loan denial...Diane is the manager and she is nice initially and then will not get on the phone to answer questions and talks through the employees that don't know what's going on and they will keep putting you on hold to ask questions and relay messages back and forth.
