Ever met one of those people who has to have the final word?  Just have Rae wait on you. Handed her my deposit with MD License and she asked me to remove my hat because it was Company Policy. I told her that she had my license for clear and positive ID.  She told me that was "beside the point"! At that point, I refused and decided to go through the drive up instead where you don't have to undress. While in the drive through another lady waited on me. At the conclusion of making my deposit, I asked the 'nice' woman to write the name of the 'first encounter' on my receipt.  Apparently, the 'first encounter' heard my request and immediately got on the mic to personally tell me her name.  Remember,  she has to have the final word. I asked her as I had  the 'nice' lady to write it on the receipt. She walked away without doing it so the 'nice' lady did. I understand Company Policies; I just don't understand the attitude. Been a customer for approx. 15 years and loved my Ladies at Security who called me by name when I came in the door. It's been closed for a year or so.  Because of Rae, I will be closing the account once everything has cleared.

I really enjoy the personalized customer service that they provide. The Branch Manager is awesome!

Bill Levry is supposed to be a manager of the location and was absolutely no help to me. Absolutely none!

The tellers are always friendly and very efficient.  I am usually visiting during weekdays around lunchtime.  I haven't used the drive through window, but it seems fine.  Not sure if there is an outside-accessible ATM.

My fiancé and I set up a business account at Glen Burnie location a couple of years ago and we love their service. Opon moving to Owings mills we've been subject to utilizing the Painters Mills branch where management and staff are never helpful, friendly, or approachable.
