Do not use this facility!  I took my king size comforter there and when it came back, whatever they used to "clean" it made the piping bleed onto the comforter.  When I complained I was told the stains were there when I brought it in. There were NO stains when I took it there.  Horrible customer service,  insisted they did nothing wrong and I was lying about the stains.  Please save yourself grief and DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!

Took a suit jacket in with deodorant stains. When I looked at it there was still residue left. I spoke to the guy who is always there about the cleanliness of the jacket. He immediately started cussing and telling me to get the F out of his store. To get my fat a** out, and refused to fix clean the jacket or give a refund. These people are horrible do not go here!

I wish it was possible to give this place zero stars!!! They had a pair of pants from my hubby's suit over a month to get a stain out caused by their chemicals used to dry clean the clothes. The owners son told me himself that the stains were caused by dry cleaning! I finally spoke to the owner today who said that he tried multiple times to get the stains out and the stains were probably already there!!!!!!!!! I expressed that if you can't fix an issue you caused it's rude to blame your customer! There was no offer to replace the ruined pants or any accountability for poor service! I will not be returning!

Horrible experience.  Took my daughter's 3 month old UGG boots to be cleaned after she got a water mark on one of them.  They came back crunchy feeling, much darker in color, and were both shrunken. However, one was smaller and narrower than the other as the sole was melted into a concave shape.  The other boot also has melted areas on the sole.  The owner claims this is not his fault and refused refund for the crap service, or reimbursement for the $200 boots that he ruined.  Absolutely shameful
