LOVE THEM! WORTH EVERY PENNY! My kids can't wait to go and see their beloved teachers. 2 For U has managed my son's, very tricky, egg allergy with great care.

The ONLY reason I gave this place 1 star is because 0 stars is not an option. Please, do not take your children to this daycare. My family had a terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. Read the DHS reports. 

The communication is horrible. Emails go unanswered, calls aren't returned. The management is completely absent. I can handle bad business but the safety of my child is another thing. 

Don't get used to your child's teacher because it’s like a revolving door of new faces. Which isn't surprising based on how their employees are treated. 

The final straw came with my toddler went to daycare without a diaper rash and came home with the worst diaper rash she has ever had. I couldn't even wipe her bottom without her screaming and writhing in pain. Approximately one week later I discovered a pretty terrible bite mark after her bath. 2 for U’s policy is to complete an incident report with a parent’s signature acknowledging said incident. There was no incident report, no verbal report.  When I asked her teacher about it, I was told that "it didn't happen here" which is impossible. 

Please, do yourself a favor and don’t take your kids here.

I had a horrible experience with my 9 month old going to this daycare.
The staff did not seem to bother about child at all. I go in one day to find out she was sleeping on the floor and the reason they gave is we did not put her in crib so she does not wake up. Really who does that!
My husband went to see our baby one day and found out she was crying in the crib because of dirty diaper and when he asked them to change It, instead of changing it right away they said we will do it .
One day the care giver of her room was on leave and the ppl that were there in her place did not give my baby water all day. As they did not know which sippy cup belonged to her. They did not bother to put labels on and it was her second week there. 
We took her out of this place in two weeks and would not recommend it at all to anyone

Staff is very friendly and always willing to listen to any concerns we might have. Our daughter has a peanut allergy and finding a peanut-free daycare in Des Moines can be a nightmare. After we first toured 2 for U we contacted Jill to ask if they would make the facility peanut-free and she said "just tell us what we need to do to make it safe for her and we'll do it".  They also have probably one of the nicest and cleanest facilities in Des Moines. The gym in the basement has kept our kids active all winter.
