Maybe we had an off day at 20 east, but I was extremely disappointed in my experience. The service was so horrible that we had to ask a different server to take our order after 30 minutes. Additionally, we had to ask for clean dishes as the ones on the table were dirty. The food was ok. The biscuit sandwich was cold. The monkey bread was the highlight. Would not recommend for brunch.

Service was slow when they weren't even very busy. They were also out of several menu items. For a regular brunch, and for as few customers as they had, I'd expect much better.

Such a pleasant place for a Sunday lunch outside, and the only place I have seen with eggs benedict crab cake.  And if you sit at a table serviced by Katy LD, you will get even better service, and with a real smile.  we learned she has fans among the more frequent guests.

Gracious and accommodating staff cleaned an outdoor table immediately upon request and brought doggie water.  They earned the stars!  The choices were limited and took a long wait to have lunch.  Carbs, carbs, cheese, fried.   Need to have a couple great, easy  no carb options ON THE MENU and the place will fill with the young health locals!
