I've always found them to be obliging and service oriented. When I've need instant service, they've delivered. I've found them both convenient and reliable.

Inflexible and unfriendly. I recommend Carol's Cleaners on Webster.

I kept going here because of the location being near my house, but they over charge for simple items.  Twelve dollars to take up your jeans or pants.  Very expensive!  The most I paid is $3 previous to that.  Also, they put a time limit on fixing their mistakes.  Three days to take it back to them, if they made a mistake and repaired your garment incorrectly.  Very inflexible!  Finally after that and all the expensive charges I am done with them.  On top of that, they are not very friendly.  I have never had a problem like this with any Dry Cleaner/Alteration business I have went to previous to this, but there is a first for everything.  However, I gave them 2 stars for being located near my house.  Maybe that should be one star.  You decide.
