I bought a hot tub from 21st Century Pool and Spa whom had a section at the Big E. The sales person Frank seem sincere and professional during the sale.  However, once he got the sale and it closed, they treated me like "it is what it is" situation.  They promised on the contract it will be delivered in 2 weeks and it came in 6 weeks (no reason as to why) Then they left the hot tub under my deck without a cover which water got in and ruined my hot tub.  I called them 3x to fix the hot tub which is all under the service contract  and they refused until I paid them $400 which I admitted I owed.  The service manager Dave Whiting is complete prude and cold person. I will NOT recommend them to anyone. Worst $7k  I've ever spent.

Buyer beware!
Purchased the hot tub at Big E from a salesperson that flat out lied about connecting our spa and had to hire an electrician to get the tub wired properly.  The situation went down hill from there. The spa was delivered despite not having a cover. They gave us a temporary cover that looks like they pulled it out of a dumpster. During set up, the panels were cracked and still havnt been repaired. It’s been two weeks. When I called to report the problems to the store manager-Mike, he agreed to provide me with “all the chemicals” I would need for a couple of years.  When I received the chemicals, I noticed they did not include “spa stain and scale remover.” As a spa owner for 10 years, I know this is a very important ingredient in maintaining a health spa. It is basically the first step in balancing a spa and must also be added weekly.  I drove to the business in Chicopee to check on the panels, get the contact phone number for the sleazy salesperson that sold me the tub, and pick up the bottle of stain and scale remover. 
Mike was extremely rude and shouted at me that he wasn’t going to give me a bottle of spa stain and scale remover for free, it was going to cost me another $20.  He said it was an accessory not a necessity even though the water test another employee had just done there clearly states to add the stain and scale product once a week.  When I asked him when I was going to get the broken panels replaced on my new hot tub he said when they come in again because the replacement panels that were ordered came in broken and they had to reorder them. When I asked him to please give me the contact information for the salesperson that lied to me to make the sale, he refused to give it to me. He said he would let the guy know I wanted to speak with him and I would have to wait for him to call me.  He also commented that I shouldn’t have trusted his salesperson and that it was my own fault for trusting him and not doing more research on the spa I was about to purchase.
So $4700.00 later and lots of aggravation I am writing this first ever review to hopefully warn other unsuspecting people to stay away from this company if you are looking to invest in a spa and be treated like a valued customer.

I get all my pool supplies here- John at the front desk tests my water and gets me everything I need to make it crystal clear!
