The best in Katy in my book !! After one of our Nortiz water heaters went out. We tried to find a company who works on our type of water heater. Which is not very easy.. I had lost the name, and was confusing them with another plumbing company in Katy, but I'm so glad I found them. They serviced my water heaters 5 ago and did an excellent job.This second time Rusty came out on time, he got up there and troubleshooted the problem with the manufacture. Fixed the problem and gave me a list of parts that the manufacture suggested may go out after so many years. The repair he made needed no parts.. He was honest and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them, they will solve the issue and get it fixed. There is no guessing till its fixed like an other company who came out. Great job Rusty !

I have suffered low water presure for a year or so and had other plumbing companies give me all kinds of expensive fixes which I thought to be wrong.I finally called 24/7 . They sent Rusty out and he fixed the problem in no time at all for just a service call price . Thanks 24/7.

Great service, fair prices. First plumbing company where I didn't feel like I was being overcharged. Josh was exactly on time, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done right eventhough he had skipped his lunch to make my requested appointment time and ran late to his next call because of an unforeseen problem. I already have another job I need taken care of and will definitely call 24/7 to take care of it and request Josh. Katy was friendly and helpful taking my calls and scheduling my appointment. This company has their act together and treats their customers fairly.
