All washers and dryers are supposed to be half off between the hours of 11pm-9am. But that's on somebody else's clock which isn't set to real time  I soon discovered. New modern equipment get clothes their cleanest but they're also modern enough to time out if you don't get your clothes started shortly after you put your money in. There's a sign on the wall with the telephone number to call in case of problems and it obviously cause the owner of the machines.
As I was loading money into one of the new washing machines which should have cost me $4 automatically change to $8 in contacting the party which the number Direct individual told me that he would call me sometime that day and refund my $4 that never happened. Situation gradually got worse because machines that I had already loaded $4 into and we're loading the clothes into timed out and Away With My $4 in each machine. Now the machines wanted another $4 there wasn't much I could do because my clothes were already loaded and the soap it already been dispensed however the change dispenser was temporarily out of order so I had to go across the street to the liquor store and get change to feed the machines and additional $4 each. By the time I returned with appropriate change the complete my washes now the machines flashed $8 a piece hear my clothes were already loaded drenched with soap and I contacted the owner one more time in the telephone number on the wall I explained the situation and was told it's my problem and he would not be refunding anything. I still hadn't received the original $4 that he had promised refund.
It has been about 5 days and I had known by the laundromat again and see if he was still amenable to refund my original $4. His claim was that he reviewed the security video and so nothing that has machines did wrong and was going to refund nothing. That was a $16 lesson for me on poor business management on his part having been a patron 4 years of his laundromat that's $16 when she was not entitled to cost him the 20 to $30 that I would spend each time I would visit his laundromat. Frankly I would recommend that you wash your clothes in the gutter with dirt water before patronizing this laundromat oh and by the way there's another laundromat just one mile North at Bell Road and then another three blocks East it's on the south side of the street.

There are problems that happen. Like no hot water running to the machine, using the hot water option only to find out it doesn't work period. I wasted money, detergent etc on a machine because the attendant on at night who only speaks Spanish, also does not understand what to do other than keep the place clean and continue to tell me he doesn't know. I sat there explaining to him that the washer had no water, that something is wrong, and that I need the money back to use a different machine and he stares blank faced saying I don't know you have to talk to the owner. I like the convenience of this place but some better training or troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

I think it is very poor business practice for the owner of this laundromat to use the large capacity machines (which are limited) to wash and dry her OWN laundry. She only leaves one or two of the smaller ones for patrons. This has ended up costing me more money, twice.

I only go at night for the half off deal. The machines work ok, but we all go there for the price. Lots of meth addicts between midnight and 4am. The night janitor only speaks Spanish but he does his job well and treats you with respect if you show him the same. And he does his best to keep the place free of trouble.

Very clean environment machines very well maintained inside restroom available for Patriots to use. Also air-conditioned and free WiFi for customers use only explanation point courteous help convenient hours
