This location has Management, that does not  care about customer service. They enjoy telling you that they will handle your issue. That the manager will call you, or to come in and see the manager that is never there. The assistant manager is a know it all, with a smart mouth, and a very strong grasp of the obvious. Let's just say, I am writing my review of this location because it has been a full month since I have requested to speak to a manager. I have yet to have my issue resolved. 24 HR fitness and there over the phone customer service is just as bad. I am now looking for a full refund and 24 HR fitness can kiss my ass.

I think this is a good gym, nothing to blow anyone away, not a lifetime fitness, but I have never had a bad experience using this gym. I go here 2-3 times a week every week for the past year-ish. I like all the staff, they have been great and friendly withe very experience so far. They are the reason I say 4 star and not 3.

Broken machines, smells bad, the people that work there are rude and liars. I think the guys name was Greg, liar and has no customer service skills. Will probably be going with another gym company because of this location and their staff alone.

Place has what you need to get the job done. However, I wish they would update the men's locker room; the faucets are older then dirt and they just spin, the sink basins are old and moldy, I believe everything just gets 
Wiped down. Simple things can make ma huge difference.
