Just starting going here....I must say the staff has been friendly and attentive. Great layout of equipment, not to crowded at all..mind you, I'm coming from Lifetime gym up in Columbia where it was mostly crowded most of the time w/ outdated equipment. But so far so good here.

Great gym. Lots of options of workout and nice pool! Shoot don't hoops while you're there!

Great gym, however, they need to enforce the free trial membership rules. 30 to 40 people coming to the gym to play ball or just sit in the hot tub cannot be tolerated. Many members are forced not to attend during certain times because of the lax effort to police their rules. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY WALK IN THE DOOR WIT A BASKETBALL IN THEIR HAND!!!

Then they steal the balls and now members are required to give collateral (Phone, ID etc.) so now they have a drawer of old phones and ID's. smh

Otherwise...the facility is nice and the staff are respectful.

24hr Fitness.... it could be so much better.   I do like the fact that they have bumper plates, battle ropes, and a spacious layout in general.  I hate the fact that some of the equipment is scattered throughout the gym and that the members don't put up the weights when they are done using them.  I have seen this in other gyms and I really hate it.  I'll walk in and see kettle bells and medicine balls and dumbbells and random weights all over the place and I just shake my head.  Eventually I see some of the staff actually putting the weights and equipment away though which is good, but most of the women staff seem to just be there to look cute.
