Pizza was good but they had lawn chairs in the place for customers to sit on.. no tables or anything just 40 year old looking lawn chairs. The whole place is in need of a renovation

The pizza was fine but I was charged a $1 credit card charge for a $4 transaction. I've never heard of a transaction charge this high before.

After more than a few mishaps with my order, I was offered my pizza free of charge from the woman over the phone. When the pizza came, it was poorly made and I felt sick to my stomach after eating a bit of it and now have stomach poisoning. I also to my disbelief, noticed hairs on the pizza knots. I can't imagine what else they did to it. I think they suspected that I was doing something to get free pizza from them which isn't true at all. I ordered online, cancelled because I couldn't find my debit card and called again to re order when I had found it. It was over an hour so I called back. The receptionist continuously hung up on me when I asked about when my order would arrive as it was already quite late. After the third time, I called back, she finally answered and told me my order will be free of charge. I even offered to cancel the order but, she kept saying it was free of charge and sorry about the inconvenience. When the pizza arrived I even tipped the driver and explained to him what happened. After I found the hairs in the food and was feeling sick, I called the store this time, told them the situation and that I knew they tampered with the food as there was hairs on it and I was feeling ill. The man who answered offered no apology and didn't deny nor admit he tampered with my order. This is completely disgusting! I urge you all to never order from this 241 location again and definitely never accept orders free of charge and instead, just cancel. I wasn't in the wrong here or pulling a fast one, yet they tampered with my order. Avoid this place at all costs. This situation speaks volumes about the management and the employees ethics and character to tamper with someone's order so blatently. That rumor you hear of employees tampering with food is sadly and definitely true here. It's unfortunate because I've ordered from many 241s before, including this one and it was great but, after this incident I will never order from here or 241 again.

This place has some pretty good walk in deals not to mention great tasting pizza. Huge downside is that their debit terminal doesnt always work.
