The owner of this place is rude and not a good person. She ensured me that semi trucks could get in and out. Not true. She is just ignorant. After I got in and had a hard time getting out she told me that if I was a professional truck driver I could do it. Instead of realizing she was wrong, she was insulting. I have been a driver for 10 years, I have been in tight places moving household goods and forest service. She just needs to let drivers know they cannot go around because the last corner is impossible, and if any driver gets in there that isn't a good driver, they will not be able to get out.  But I guess she just keeps her big ol behind sitting on a chair.. her and her three chins needs to invest in a treadmill...  very rude. Highly recommend going somewhere else

The lady that manages the place is professional and attentive however Bill Mackay was completely rude and insulting to me during a phone conversation.   Even insinuated that I was lying.  Loud and belittling!   Had to get a storage unit recently and would not even consider this place!

I've had a unit here for a year and I've loved it!  I've enjoyed management and the office attendant, I know that my unit is safe, and it's easily accessible.  I can drop my payment off or have it pulled from my account regularly which is really helpful.  Best storage facility in Tri-Cities.
