I work for an organization and we recently started working with Insight System Exchange to cover all our computer needs. We purchased some workstations and All in Ones, and I have to say that we are very satisfied with the service and business transaction that ISE has provided. Shipping was very fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Out of all the workstations, one came with a defect video card. ISE responded immediately and sent a replacement part that arrived NEXT DAY!  Great costumer service. We look forward in doing business with them.

These products are a last resort only, I work for a educational IT department....these computers  are very inconsistent, damaged slightly and have a wierd armor all like coating on them to make them look shiny bit make them gross to install.

My boss buys these because he doesn't understand the concept of overall value, we go from having new systems for 5-6 years we replace these every year because they won't work with the new technology that they purchase, we have had teachers beg to get computers and when we give them these they want to go back to not having them in their room.

We had one pallet of all in one's that had both touch screen and non touch screen computers in identical boxes on the same pallet that were the "same"
