Better than expected, served my daughter a cup of hot cocoa while he strung up my bass, very knowledgeable and accommodation is superb, small business and exactly what I want for customer service, prices are on point and not outrageous, was very straightforward and didn't try to sell me on what I was looking for like NB music did, listened to what I was looking for and even gave me tips to improve performance

Dianne was a huge help! Great prices on everything! Helped me out when my DJ for my wedding almost didn’t show, she lined up a PA system for me to rent with very little notice. Great people here!

Very Helpful and caring.  Diane truly enjoys music and kids and wants them to succeed.  Very reasonable prices.  So happy she is here in town to talk to about our daughters band experiences and to ask questions about the clarinet.  Thanks!

Superior service! I needed my daughters clarinet repaired quickly before UIL and they were happy to help. I would have gladly paid extra for the rush service but they only charged me for the repairs and material. They were very informative and educated us on the basic ins and outs of my daughters instrument(since we're fairly new to band). This is definitely a business that really cares about the customers needs and not just profit. I will gladly continue to give them my business!
