I recommend not signing their initial paperwork.  Require they give you an itemized contract with everything listed before any work is done. Once the work is done on your home, this contactor and the Sub Contractors both have a financial interest in your property and can put liens on it.  Don't sign anything until you have agreed to every detail of the work in writing.  You can become another victim of a lawsuit!

Amazing service!!! I contacted them because I found shingles on ground next to my house. Jon came over and did a free inspection, found extensive hail damage, let me know what to expect, and even helped make the call to my insurance company with me!  When I got the call from the insurance company to set up the full inspection all I had to do was text Jon the time. He showed up that morning 30 minutes before the insurance guy. He made the stress of dealing with our insurance company absolutely painless, and I just got word from my insurance company that they will be covering my roof for free!!! All I have to do is pay my deductible. The staff has been great to work with across the board. Can't wait to sit down with them to go over shingle colors and styles. I will DEFINITELY be letting all my neighbors know about their services.

UPDATE 2: The owner sent someone over to handle some of the issues. Overall not a great experience and I would still encourage people to evaluate other options. Changing my rating from 1 to 2 stars.

UPDATE: The owner came by the house today and is addressing the issue. I will return and update my rating once this is handled. At this point it appears to be a miscommunication issue and he handling it as a professional. Once this is completed I will remove the original review.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: 33 carpenters agreed to redo my father's roof and various aesthetic parts of our siding. They completed the roof but neglected the other things which were the only reason we agreed to having the roof done in the first place. My father went to the company in person to tell them they still had work to do. The owner, Austin, instructed a woman behind the front desk to have another employee call my father. So my father left and never received a call about the house. About 8 months later we received a letter from our insurance company showing the quote for the work as $3,000 more than they initially stated. At this point I called the owner and asked him to come finish the work. We scheduled a time for him to come look at what hadn't been done and when the day came to come have a look he did not show up and claimed via text that he had a "last minute phone call". It is blatantly obvious that this company does not care about it's customers and until the work is done this review will remain here. My father is nearly 70 years old and 33 carpenters is taking advantage of his trust. Use a different company for your roof.

Absolutely love this company. They just replaced our roof. Tear off and replace all in one day. Super friendly staff. Very meticulous.  Kim and Austin are the best!!!!

Do not sign anything, when we asked to see an itemization of the bill, and let me tell you the price was super high, the owner told us he could charge anything he wanted and how dare we question that. Beware!
