Amazing staff that are always trying to help any one with questions!

I hate going to the clinic. I live way out of town but because I have a Great Falls address I have to drive to the clinic. I also have PTSD & have to explain to them every time. I don't think they can read a medical chart it's in there. I think they are a bunch of idiots. And before the clinic answers with some lame excuse, I spent 3 hours out there explaining why I need a Dr in town. Didn't do me any good.

The Base Pharmacy is going down hill fast. People sit for an hour and a half waiting for their Rx only because they no longer call out names when their Rx is ready. Every time I go in there the rules have changed, which line do we stand in, my off base doc sends in an Rx and I have to call and push all the buttons to tell them to fill it, my doc can't send in any controlled meds.
They need a ticket machine so the patient can be called by number, or, have a screen up that shows which number is being served and which Rxs are ready. Send someone to Yuma MCAS Navy Clinic to see how it should work.
If you can't meet the mission the stop taking Thursdays off and start working Saturdays.

It's a AF medical clinic.  It's an updated facility with Internet, but the Pharmacy was extremely slow.
