Judge Oakley is a fair judge at least he was for me. As far as the clerks and everyone else at that court house what a joke. The clerks told my defense attorney that i was rude and had an attitude and that i called them idots when that was not the case. My attorney already knew they weren't telling the truth. Making up things about someone because they don't like them? Denying a defendant the right to the discovery on criminal cases surely is in violation of the 5th and 6th amendments. Now lets talk about holding a defendant in jail for past 72 hours when they are suppose to be arraigned? Clearly in violation of the constitutional rights.

Unbelievable that I (65 years old) received this ticket while my son unloaded my 2 suitcases to check in at the Delta OUTSIDE counter on an extremely cold December morning and was ticketed by the most obnoxious, arrogant officer. There was a tow truck blocking the lane in front of the Delta outside counter and we were instructed by officers in two patrol cars to move forward. My son unloaded the bags, walked 100 feet to the counter and lifted my bags (max 2 minutes). He then gave me a hug inside the door (because it was soo cold). When he returned, the officer was writing the ticket. He explained to the officer what he was doing and the officer really didn't care! I have a lot of respect for the men and women that serve our community as well as the rules and regulations at the departure zones at the airport however this officer went above and beyond to make sure that he was as arrogant and rude as possible. I would contest in court if I could actually get a date and time that works but the system requires you to enter your ticket number and the court will decide when you are to show up to contest. I do not have any confidence that the system will rule in my favor so why continue the frustration.

This is our justice system screw up with judges that have tampons up der ass , pass judgement on everybody like they are GOD when they are probably worser than the people they judging , nothing even really matters is all about money, you have money u can get away with murder, if u dont have alot of money ur screwed with these replubicans , phony ass procedures/ fees nd work programs all about a dollar , dont give a 2 cents about the people, evil ass snakes deserve to rot in hell
