I was in over a month ago and dropped off a prescription.  Wait was pretty long since I was on my lunch break around 1pm, but I suppose everyone goes then.  The pharmacist Elaine was really nice and super helpful.

I never received a call or anything after that.  I checked back last week and they wanted me to come in and hope that Elaine was there so I could speak with her and see if it was in.  I asked if I could leave a message for her and after stating that it would be easier if I came in (?) they finally complied.  Message left a week ago, no calls and I just called back to go in and just pick up my prescription and go somewhere else and my prescription's been sitting there.  ??!?!?!?

What a crappy experience!  I desperately have to get back to work so I ask if I can pick it up later.  They say okay, but once they have my card and prescription they keep saying "2 more minutes" "2 more minutes" 25 minutes later, they just give me my prescription.  And they used the name brand because they didn't have the generic so I had to pay more too!
