It's better than most. I take the 632 bus at 6:32 in the morning. Everything thing was fine until this morning. The bus didn't show up at all so I ended up driving to work. I called them. They said it was due to operator error. I don't know what that is. Did the driver get lost or hit something? lol

Always late and the staff are not trained well to respect customers schedule, and if you complain to supervisor they tell you to go complain in fairfax county. I think the customers should not pay if the bus is more than 2 minutes late.

651 morning bus towards Vienna never comes on time . Drivers always drive on slow lane even if the traffic is bad. New driver everyday. Lady drivers are smart than male drivers .

How can I rate the 623 Fairfax Connector #7706 @ 8:34 a.m. of today Friday, February 13, 2015? FRIGHTENING!!!! The bus driver showed no courtesy, was rude and unmindful. I beg to whom ever supervise this driver to reallocate him to admin tasks - no to your costumers.
