We had a very positive and smooth experience buying a car through Totowa Auto Group. They were extremely professional and Noor handled all aspects of the vehicle purchase process with integrity and promptness.  Before finalizing the sale, we were able to drive the car for a week and have our mechanic check it over for any repairs.  The front rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced which was promptly taken care of by the dealership.  I would highly recommend this business and would purchase another vehicle with them in a heartbeat.

Great experience for my first car purchase. The lot was a little confusing to find at first but once i was there it was a stress free experience. He gives you time and space to check out the car of your choosing without pressuring you to buy a car or trying to up sell a more expensive one. The car i picked needed some TLC but he was understanding and lowered the price. Very cool guy I’d recommend this place to someone looking for a more relaxed dealership experience. Got a nice low mileage car for under 3000

Amazing experience.  Jack was so easy to work with.  My fiance was looking to buy a car and Jack did not pressure us at all.  He worked with our credit and we were in and out of the dealer in less than an hour and a half with our Porsche!  When my son is ready to purchase, I am going back to Jack.

I found my 2015 Audi A3 online and contacted this company immediately. I dealt with Adam which was beyond seamless and convenient. He was lenient on price and made sure my purchase was in the best condition. Totowa auto group is like no other "car dealership" or "salesman" I had met. I say it in "quotes", because the moment I walked in, he respected my time, read my energy and gave me the space to examine what I needed in a car. Unlike other car businesses I had been to FOUR before him, he didn't drill me with questions to "keep me distracted" or dispute my intuition. He's a bright individual, who not only guides you calmly through what can be a stressful experience, he is also quite affable and may teach you a thing or two. Pricing is fair with Totowa Auto Group

Be aware of the vehicles that come out and are associated with this establishment Totowa Auto Group. I purchase a 2012 Kia Sorento with about 96k. The vehicle was cleaned up very well from the body to the engine.  I didn't care for all the grease polish to make the engine look new. Nonetheless, I test-drove the car, and I had a mechanic look at it as well and he stated everything look good base on the physical state and scan the system for any existing codes. But one thing should have been a red flash when he stated that he just change the oil and the oil was a quart off and looked dirty!!  So I proceeded with the sale base on our interaction and Sam seemed like a stand-up guy. I took it to the Kia Dealership for a fresh oil change because, during the time of inspection, it look like it had not been changed. After a few weeks of driving the vehicle stopped on me and there is a knocking noise coming from the engine.  I reached out to Sam on Facebook Messenger about the issue, his username is Sam Sam. And have it towed to two different shops and both establishments said the engine needs to be replaced I ask Sam what can he do to help out with the repairs. His reply!!  to sum it up, everything was fine during the time of the sale and the vehicle was sold as is smh.  The excuses car sale-man use to make a profit while selling a lemon vehicle. And if the Totowa Auto Group dealership does reply will be a bunch of lies to make themselves look good. I have copies of the bill of sale, and the rest of the documents that were given to me during the time of purchase. Video recordings of the sound the engine makes that I send to Sam Sam via FB Messenger.  This feedback only shines light where someone else doesn’t have to go through the same issue I have to deal with.

Me and my father bought a 2013 Toyota Rav4 from this dealer with a missing back seat head rest that they promised to send and purchase for us as a condition of the sale. Now 2 months later we have yet to receive anything, and they have avoided our calls and texts asking for information. Bunch of liars that bounce on any promises made as soon as they get their money. Avoid at all costs.

I was looking for a used vehicle for my dad with low mileage and  in great  condition dad’s vehicles. I was placed in the perfect place Jack as a customer service rep handled it very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles , Also the price was a great deal from 8,900  dropped 7,500 I knew just what I wanted based on my dad’s interested . We  walked out  very happy and we appreciate it.  Great customer service . It took only 30 mins the transaction to purchase this car  Jack is the best and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK
