I have been washing here for almost 2 years. Without fail everytime I go this is what I find:  dryers that do not get hot enough to dry clothes even set on high heat.  Last week there were 4 dryers that worked except for getting even warm enough to dry clothes even when set on high.      There were 5 dryers with clothes left in them the entire timr I was there making a line of folks needing to dry clothes.   Many times no change in money machine.    The small washers are useless. There are several that I used that gave really hot water when set in cold. This has happened to me several times. Some washers don't give enough water.. Also some of the dryers get so hot they burn your clothes. So you have dryers thatc don't heat and dryers that cook yourclothes. I have left there disgusted many times determining to never go back BUT it is the only place in Lampasas to do clothes. Copperas Cove has a wonderful well kept one but it is 20 miles away so I continue to struggle with this one. Just be very aware when you do anything good there. I have even called the lady when it didn't give money back. She came but acted like i was a criminal. She never smiled said she apologized nothing. My next complaint will be with the City Council. Enough is enough
