I am new to tactical gear. Came looking to buy equipment to use for paintball; a chest rig, mag pouches and a dump pouch. Very helpful staff yariel and another employee gave me plenty of help and advice while I was searching for a chest rig. Got a plate carrier, that was less expensive then the one I was going to get. and they helped me select magazine pouches and a dump pouch. recommended me to Miami airsoft for somethings they didn't have in store and that I couldn't find in a local paintball store. 5/5 would come back for tactical supplies.

Eddie is one of the ''in the know'' type of guys. Not just there for the sales pitch, provides honest feedback when you are trying to decide on your gear. Great customer service!

I recently bought a pair of 511 tactical boots within 2 weeks the binders for the laces became separated from the boots I could no longer lace the boots up all the way I called customer service because they are supposedly came with an excellent warranty they made me go to the Post Office and for the men rather than just take a photo and get a new pair of boots so as they requested I went and took the pair of boots to the Post Office to ship them back which was well over a month ago my replacement boots were supposedly shipped on the 5th today is the 24th and I still have not got my boots they haven't even shipped yet the customer service manufacturing production quality control and everything else about this company sucks avoid this corporation like the play I spent a $170 on these boots have been without AM for almost 2 months and don't have the means or the finances to go get another pair

Pricey but quality gear. The tactical pants are awesome for all around activities. I first found some 511 gear in Bass pro shop but once I noticed they had a local 511 store I was hooked. Worth the price for what you get.

My favorite 5.11 store so far. Very nice building with a sizeable selection of products. I did not know they sold old POTM here.
