Called tonight to order 4 pizzas- a sausage with mushrooms, a pepperoni, a pineapple and a supreme. The guy who answered the phone said, "All on one pizza?"  So I said, "No! I want 4 pizzas- A sausage, A pepperoni...."  and I had him read the order back to me. When I arrived to the store, there were 6 pizzas waiting for me...I ordered 4- not 6?! The order that was waiting for me was A supreme,  A pineapple, A sausage (with no mushrooms), A mushroom, A cheese and A pepperoni. They gave me the mushroom at no charge but kept the cheese. I wasn't going to wait for my correct sausage with mushroom but they did offer to make. All the pizzas were cut terribly- big slices, little slices, half slices...I know we're not paying a lot for these, but come on, cut them correctly.

Called to order a couple of pizzas to my surprise he told.me it was going to be a 45 minute wait... This was at 3pm on a Friday. He said they had orders of 15 and 30 do they not staff when they do big orders? I would think they would try to filter in people wanting to pick up a couple pizzas guess not.... I don't feel that this is unacceptable. However I do feel that the company slogan fresh,fast and friendly is not holding true to your store maybe the fresh part. But sure is not fast and friendly and that I feel IS UNACCEPTABLE

The Apple valley location is not that great. The store wasn't the cleanest, and only one of the four crew members were wearing a uniform. The other three were wearing dirty white t shirts and wife beaters. It almost seemed like having to help customers was an inconvenience to them. Definitely won't be returning any time soon.

Come in to order 2 pizzas and cheese bread. Guy says we came at a good time should be about 10 minutes. That was at 1:30...It's now 2:10, no pizzas and they just said they forgot my cheese bread. Also some kid screaming in the back. Thought about calling the authorities but given the state of this place I figured it was probably normal. Thanks for the complimentary bread sticks though.

That's perfectly fine. I have two small children so you should assume less, and work harder to please the people who keep your business running. Your pizza is great for the price, far better than Little Caesers. However, when I have to wait upwards of 45 minutes for my pizza, after being told it should take around 10 minutes, and then ON TOP OF THAT, my cheese bread is forgotten, and you all stare at each other with this confused look on your face...that is not acceptable.

Thank you for worrying about my sarcastic comment about the kid, and not about the service you provided though. Have a great day.

Christina gave me great service! She was timely and just all around cheerful and fantastic. The pizza was excellent for the price!
