I sold my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to 5 Star Auto Sales.

I listed my Jeep on craigslist and was entertaining the usual tire-kickers when I received a call from Anthony.  Right off the bat he told me he was with a dealer out of Modesto....I was skeptical, but heard him out.  He made it sound easy....too easy. He quoted me a fair price and even offered to drive the 75 miles up to Sacramento to pick it up.  Sounded too good to be true.

Then came the part I didn't feel comfortable with.  He said he would be paying with a Cashier's Check.  He took the time and addressed my concerns earnestly.  He even offered to met me at an in-town bank so I could verify the check was legit.  I was just waiting for the catch....but it never came. Once we worked out the details, Anthony forwarded me a picture of the cashiers check.
 
The next morning, we met outside my local bank.  We went for a quick test drive, and then he handed me the check.  Next he accompanied me  into the bank, where I verified the funds.  We shook hands, and that was it, the funds were in my account the same day.

All in all, what could have been a nightmare, turned out to be an outstanding experience. Top Marks for 5 Star Auto Sales.
