The older gentleman with the accent is very good. He talked me into paying $300 for a $60 Calibri pocket watch and was adamant that was an internet price. He is very good.
I still have the watch as it sits on my shelf as a reminder about trust.

Came in for a cleaning, left with a new piece and wasn't charged for the cleaning. Seemed to care a lot about my satisfaction and were complimentary about my jewelry taste. 🙂

Guy was upfront with me, my battery cost $7 ...oh well not the end of the world.  Very friendly and quick service. Will comeback again for sure.

   I highly recommend this fine jewelry store because they were able to repair my antique watch,
after being told repeatedly by several other jewelers that my watch couldn't be fixed.

   5 Star Jewelry is a family run business and is operated by the owner(Jacob) and his son (Jonathan). They are both motivated and driven to make every customer feel happy and
satisfied with each purchase or repair.

   Finally, I also advise you to see them for watch battery replacement. They use only quality U.S.A.
made batteries and sell & install them for the lowest price you can find anywhere.

It was OK.  They advertise a 5$ battery price.  I went in for a battery change and to put a link back on.  Came out to 12$ complete rip off.
