Just like the saying goes, First impression last longer, that's just the case there at 5 star Locksmith. The experience I had at my first visit was really amazing. I urgently need to make a duplicate of my car key and when I got there, the guy that attended to me spoke politely and did just what I wanted within a short time. Ever since then, be it car, house or safe keys. Its just a simple thing to get their duplicate. I am pleased to recommend this place.

Generally when you need a locksmith it's time sensitive. I had the misfortune of locking myself out of my car and then losing the key before I had to get ready for a big meeting. I called 5 star Locksmith and they were very courteous, efficient, and within two hours everything was good as new, no lock damage. They're happy to quote you a price before you commit to any service, so there are no surprise costs. Overall very happy with the service.

These people are amazing. I called many Locksmiths companies on Sunday but decided to try them since their reviews are good and their rates are affordable. They reached here within 10 minutes and had my front door lock opened in just a minute. Amazing and very helpful. My lock is now easier to use. Very appreciative, jovial, and professional. I definitely know who to call if this happens again. Thanks to 5 star Locksmith

Things I am really good at: Locking my keys inside of my car. Things I am really bad at: Getting my keys out of my locked car. Eli is GOD SENT. I found myself in one of my usual pickles this morning and decided to give 5 Star Locksmith a call. I am so so so so happy I did. Eli was at my car within 15 minutes. He was incredibly understanding of my situation. I had my keys back in my hand immediately. (for now) But thank you SO much Eli. You are truly a knight in a T shirt and Jeans. THANK YOU!

I called other places in the area and they were charging 3X the amount I paid with 5 Star locksmith Great communication with the client and best overall responce time. Eli came with a great attitude, which is important to me. I dislike guys who seem to hate their lives and the job they are doing, but Eli was friendly, a gentleman and even gave me some helpful tips. Lastly, even my dog was cool with Eli and even THAT says a lot. Keep up the wonderful work and never compromise the customer experience, you'll always be successful.
