VERY unprofessional. They seem to like to yell at people about everything. They also like to get in elders faces, gain up on them and scream in their faces. Also they will yell at you while youre driving down the road. They seem like a GREAT couple. Wish I could give them a lower rating.

Made an appt. For  monday, Dec. 5, 2016 Between 8:30A.M. - 10:30A.M..  Received a call at well after 10:30A.M. to say it was too windy.  Stated they would come Tuesday between 10:30 - 12:30A.M.. Called and said he would be late getting here.  Called again stating there was a really bad accident by Safeway in fort mohave.  That it would be 45 Minutes to an hour to get here.  Told him never mind.. If there was a score for minus 1 that's the score I would give. Wouldn't recommend them.  In fact they really should change their name. They are not 5 STAR...

Wow! Driving aggressively and flipping off some young female driver. Very classy and good for business.

Looked forward to having these guys wash, wax, and detail my cars. The individual called 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment to tell me he had a flat tire. So, we rescheduled for the same time the following day. He didn't call or show the following day.
