Everyone was just great. They make you feel welcome.  This is the only place I go now.

I made an appointment for 5:30 a week in advance. At 6:10 I was still soaking to remove SNS( not bc it takes that long but bc no worker was available yet even tho I made appointment.)  A new lady walked in and was taken in front of me. I finally just said can I leave? I was made to pay $10 for the removal of SNS having never been touch by a worker.
Never will use again!

Wonderful. I love this place. Excellent customer service. Only flaw is that they do eyebrows way too thin, but that is totally fixable.
