We found 500 online while searching for a specific vehicle. They're not the closest Chevy dealer to us, but they had the truck we liked in stock, so we took the drive. We are so very glad we did. Every single person we came in contact with was amazing - from the salesman, to the general manager, to the parts guy. We found the buying experience comfortable and stress-free. When we were ready to write up the paperwork, there was a computer glitch and they couldn't get it done that day. They offered to bring the paperwork to us the next day! We chose to go back to the dealer the next day, however. That is phenomenal customer service. Everything was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. We truly felt like our business was appreciated. That's a rare feeling these days. I can't say enough good about our buying experience. Better yet, we have an amazing new Silverado 1500 named Herbie!

Wonderful staff, friendly and courteous. They beat every other dealerships price by thousands.  I will not shop anywhere else any longer .

I had a check engine light on my car & called 500 automotive about it. The next day they picked my car up at work, replaced the part, & had it returned back to me before I left. Plus they vacuumed it and I got a free car wash so ;)  The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly!! I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from 500 Automotive!
