Friendly staff but they do take quite a while to fill a prescription (usually at least one hour on a new prescription). This is far longer than the big name pharmaceutical companies...but at least the meds are free for us in the military. 

Parking is atrocious and never come here on a Friday because you'll be stuck in a loooong line waiting for the drive-thru, which makes nearly impossible to safely drive to the adjacent parking lots.

Drive-thru is handy but not well engineered; doesn't allow more than 3 cars without blocking traffic.  Hours of operation could use some tweaking.
