I 70 was closed due to an accident and I got the last available room, so I was glad to get it. It was not very clean, especially the shower, but it was a reasonably priced place to sleep and very convenient to the highway and town. The motel is right off
 I -70  and also in front of Clear Creek, so you can sit at a picnic table in the back and listen to the rushing water and watch the river rafters go by. I loved their neon sign.

I wouldn't stay there again! No heat, check in was very unfriendly! A lot of drunks and mayajuna users staying there! I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!

Decent enough but way over priced and the beds were truly uncomfortable. I ended up having a better time sleeping on the floor. Who knows when that was last cleaned...

Very nice staff and rooms were nice especially for the price. I stayed for two days. I've paid more staying at a motel 6 in Denver and didn't have half as good an experience. I think some people expect too much for the money, maybe some of the bad reviews are from spoiled people.

Great place for on/off highway + good location for quick incidentals ....old but clean. No bugs!
