Overall my experience here is good.  If you take the time to speak to the clerks, you'll learn (and even see) that they work long hours for shoddy pay.
The older man (Greybeard, I call him) will test your patience.  

One incident that really upset me however (hence the 4 stars) was when at 11:30 at night, right after I got off work, I was somewhat accused of stealing.  I bought expensive items and the total came to around 20 bucks.  While walking out, a clerk that I don't normally see called me back in.  I had receipt in hand but he didn't want to see it.  Without explaining why I was being called back in, he started speaking to the other female clerk, the one that rung me up, but he was speaking in their native language .  This upset me because I had no idea what was going on.  I blurted out in anger: "english please!"  But no, they kept talking.  The female clerk was obviously annoyed with the man and said to me that everything was alright and I could leave.  The guy didn't apologize or anything.

I go to this store everyday, sometimes multiple times in a day.  I've had good relationships with most of the clerks.  I'm even considerate enough to leave my backpack by the door (which in my opinion is a big risk in this area).  Wasn't really sure why I was treated that way.  I spend good money there and wish the incident never happened.

The people are very nice. These negative reviews reflects the people the people that's writing it. There is no problems with this store period.

ALL employees are real rude , i went to buy a swisher i felt it and it was hard and it cracked before i even walked away from the register so i asked for another . he became real rude and start yelln ths my last one nd that they are all fresh . they are all fresh . which they are not i  have had many occasions where i bought one got home they cracked up nd old so i have to spend again to get another one . nobody wants to do that everyday so i learned to check em there before walking away then when i said i spend my money i should get a fresh one he yells and starts opening the register talkn bout i can get my money back  . i had my 2yr old son with me . no customer who spends they money in the same store EVERYDAY faithfully should be treated that way ecspecialy with a lil kid with them . . . they raise prices at their free will . and close whenever they choose to not at the times of operation like it says

Older guy (50+ Middle Eastern Desent) accused my cousin of stealing because he moved a cart and the guy yelled at him and than my cousin apologized for moving it and while my cousin was coming outside to tell me they didn't have the drink I wanted the older guy came outside and was on the phone and watching us than I got out of the car to pick a drink out myself and he kept saying things to us so I told my cousin lets go and he was really rude, but I was parked for a bit trying to find another location and he kept throwing his hands up and looking at us and stood outside with a phone than he locked the door.  We left but that's crazy because my cousin goes there about 3 times a day and the other ppl are really nice to him but not that old guy.
