Tall blonde lady that works over nights is the worst person I have ever met in customer service. Apparently if you file a legitimate complaint the manager will just tell the employee so she will confront you and make a scene next time you walk into the store. The store manager said "fine they can go to kum and go" an employee said to me "the owner is the biggest part of the problem here because it's individually owned" "he won't do anything about it" "he doesn't care what the company will say to him because he acts untouchable"

I go there everyday cause I'm local and the two ladies in the morning are fantastic and so is Kumar they offer great customer service along with the kid with black hair, but the women they hired to work nights that parks her Mazda out by the gas pumps is terrible. Literally the worst.she never smiles, always has an attitude and will never cook anything at night.

This place is incredibly convenient for me, and I have found myself in here a lot. The staff is great, always remembered my brand of cigarettes, which definitely sped up the process. Since I don't smoke cigarettes any longer, that isn't an issue, but they are still the most friendly bunch of people to work at a 711.

New staff and boy do they stink. Had a terrible interaction with 3 girls at this location. Go to another gas station people!
